Water Filtration Systems

Water Filtration Systems
As a culmination activity to our study of Environmental Issues students will be working in groups to design, build and test a device to filter out “contaminates” in a sample of drinking water.

The team will consist of approximately 28 groups. With this large number of groups we are in need of supplies to complete the project. Below is a “wish list” of items. Any bit of help would be greatly appreciated. Design, construction and testing will take place the week of March 21st.  Final testing of devices is planned for Thursday March 24th. So students can plan and design knowing the materials available we are hoping to receive supplies as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions please feel free to email me at pfitzgerald@dcrsd.org
